This masked and robed individual arrived in [Wendell](obsidian://open?vault=Obsidian%20Vault&file=Locations%2FCities%20and%20Villages%2FWendell) some time ago, and acquired the ear of the [High Priestess](obsidian://open?vault=Obsidian%20Vault&file=Powers%20That%20Be%2FAstrid%2C%20High%20Priestess%20of%20Wendell) almost immediately. Since his arrival the High Priestess' ambitions have only grown. He seems to have a better understanding than anyone else of how to subvert the power of the Mana Stones to his own ends.
