The city of mages. Altena is kept warm by geo-thermal vents that were opened with the power of the Mana Stone of Fire. Many of Altena's citizens are trained as mages that draw their power from the Mana Stone of Fire, however some seemingly have purview over plants and healing. The city is ruled over by a [Witch Queen](obsidian://open?vault=Obsidian%20Vault&file=Powers%20That%20Be%2FWitch%20Queen), however after very recent events she is presumed dead and a new one has not come to power.
